Coffee Table Transformation

Hey everyone I’m so excited because today I’m doing my first guest post and it’s for the lovely Brittany at Pennies Into Pearls.  I decided to take this old coffee table from an office building and give it new life!  I’m always scouring Craigslist for free items and when I find something that I think has potential I jump at the opportunity!  I packed Lucy up in the car and headed to Minnetonka and met a girl in a parking ramp.  Sounds kind of scary now that I’m writing it out!  Haha It was the middle of the day and everything was in plain sight!  Don’t worry 🙂

I used one of my favorite colors that I have used before on such projects as DIY Book Storage and Antique Side Table Makeover.  Indigo Streamer by Valspar!  Isn’t this color beautiful!?  One of my favs!

Now head on over to Pennies into Pearls for the complete tutorial on this coffee table transformation!  Wouldn’t this look great in a bachelor pad or even in a little boys room?  Do you love this color of blue as much as I do?A Successful Thanksgiving! 21

mother holding baby in the air and going for a kiss

My name is Ruthie, I was born and raised in the Midwest.  I met the man of my dreams in Nashville, TN and decided to follow him back home to California.  First came love, then came marriage, then came the baby in the baby carriage.  My husband got a new job when my daughter was 2 months old and we packed up and moved halfway across the country to Minnesota, back to my homeland. We now have two beautiful little girls.
