Welcome to the World Gabriella - www.refashionablylate.com

I would love to introduce our new bundle of joy to you all, Gabriella Rose!  We are so blessed to have welcomed her right before Thanksgiving.  It was the best gift I could have ever asked for.  For those that have followed along with my pregnancy know that it was not the easiest.  If you’d like you can catch up with these posts:

Our Pregnancy Journey  |  It’s a Girl  |  3rd Trimester Bumpdate  |  35 Week Bumpdate

As you can see above she was born on November 16th at 1:20pm, 20 inches and 7lbs 9oz.  This announcement was created through minted’s website.  Since Gabi was born so close to Christmas I decided to do a Christmas card and Birth Announcement in one.  I created the most beautiful folded card through their website and I’ll share the rest with you at Christmas.  🙂

I also want to share with you today some beautiful newborn photos I had taken my good friend, Abby Libsack with Abby Libsack Photography.  She has taken most of our family photos and she does a beautiful job!  If you live in the Twin Cities area, I can’t recommend her enough!  Here are some of the photos she took from our photo shoot!

As you can imagine Gabi didn’t want to cooperate the entire photo shoot so we only got these few items photographed!  They are so beautiful and I’m so thankful to the shops that worked with me on making these gorgeous newborn photos!  I did want to take a few myself so here is a couple that I took of our sweet little girl!

Last but not least, if you ever want to get into newborn photography or simply just want to take your own photos I highly recommend using a bean bag ottoman.  You will want to get one that is specific for newborns as there are special pillows that go with that help position the baby properly.  I worked with Mary from Little Rascals Props and got the Bean Bag Ottoman with Crescent Positioning Pillow and 8″ Circle Pillow. It was the perfect prop for our photo shoot!

I highly recommend all of these products below for that matter.  Everyone I worked with to help make this a beautiful photo shoot was amazing to collaborate with and had beautiful products!  Please head on over to their Etsy shops below!!

My name is Ruthie, I was born and raised in the Midwest.  I met the man of my dreams in Nashville, TN and decided to follow him back home to California.  First came love, then came marriage, then came the baby in the baby carriage.  My husband got a new job when my daughter was 2 months old and we packed up and moved halfway across the country to Minnesota, back to my homeland. We now have two beautiful little girls.
